Autumn in a jar!

Autumn took over our class yesterday!

We talked about autumn preserves, discovered new tastes and smells, and above all made a delicious apple mousse with a hint of cinnamon all by ourselves!

The children happily tasted the mousse they had made, then took it home in little jars to share with their parents!

There were also worksheets, singing, games and lots of smiles!
